Directors College 2006 News Bulletin
I am delighted to announce that the visiting Educator at next years Directors College will be
Steve Armstrong of the Toronto Northern Lights chorus. Steve was our visiting educator in 2004 and
we are very pleased to welcome him back again.
As in previous years we have invited a UK specialist to come along and run the rule over our
activities. Thanks to the good offices of Graham Sutton and Cherry Hartshorn we have secured the
attendance of Dr Andrew Padmore. He
is a very well known and respected conductor and educator.
As a reminder the details are as follows
- Venue: Bablake School Coventry
- Accommodation: We have B&B in the nearby Aston Court Hotel.
- Food: Dinners and lunches are taken at the school.
- Date : January 6 - 8 2006 ( we start the College Friday evening after dinner).
- Going home: We normally finish the college around 5 pm on the Sunday.
