This is for any chorus member. No experience or prior knowledge is required.

The course material will be based "making the performance natural and believable".

The course will include activities and exercises designed to make it easy for you, the performer, to look and perform naturally and believably. You will be analysing lyrics and phrases for their meaning and learning how to get your own body and face to reflect the message that is intended to be conveyed through the words and music. You will have the opportunity to watch some DVD performances. Discuss the merits, some good and some not so good. Take part in interactive exercises that will enable you to become more aware of your own visual performance skills and increase your confidence when performing in front of an audience.

You might even get to be on video. Scary, but effective.

But most of all it will be enjoyable, challenging and a great opportunity to learn more about effective performances and to improve your own personal skills.
